You have to thnk of it as a pizza. Dough, tomato sauce, cheese. Fries, gravy, cheese. After that, your creativity is the limit.

Well the pork has it's own juice + BBQ sauce and it'll have to be plain Greek yogurt rather than cheese. Works for me 😁 -- nm
