Maybe Juan Manuel Marquez...they've had a few good fights but...

Marquez is getting older and Pacquiao is just really at a peak.
Mayweather Jr might have a shot but his cartilage hurts. Mayweather has the speed to avoid Pacquiao the longest but not the power to stop him (the underrated thing about Pac is his chin. He's taken brutal shots as a Featherweight). And with Mayweather getting older I fear for his cranium as he's going to be slower and slower with each passing day.
I think Pacquiao will lay waste to the smaller divisions for the next 3 years unless there's an up and comer I don't know about (very possible). He beat the best 3 featherweights in a generation...Mexican fighters no less. He's just a beast.
