Some, not all, probably not even a majority of the pissed off ones are permanent staff who will continue to work past Trump.

I heard on the news today that a housekeeper tested positive.
But I get why they haven't quit, the cooks, the butlers, the cleaners, etc. take pride in having a White House job and want to remain there long after Trump is gone. And he is endangering them too.
