repercussions for being bad at their job. In fact, they seem to get rewarded, despite their failures, with playoff games and bonus money.

I've never heard of an MLB ump getting demoted or released because he was bad at his job yet we all have eyes and know there are a bunch that shouldn't be allowed to call a church rec league softball game let alone a pro game.

Things need to change asap
