Which makes a lot more sense, imo.
Responses:
What they need to do is allow counties to begin counting mail-in ballots before Election Day, which would eliminate the need for a privacy envelope.

I think this is still one of the items that's in the courts. The Bucks Election official was on WHYY yesterday saying it would make a huge difference
