my win10 laptop spontaneously reboots every few minutes. i suspect a short: i've noticed the fan is running when it reboots. what size

Reseat the battery, Check BIOS to ensure RAM and Hard drive read correctly, Check for Windows updates. -- nm

Reseat all the chips. Replace all the capacitors. Check for broken traces on the motherboard.

Can also try running sans battery if the battery might be an issue. Might stop the reboots -- nm
