STIS: If I want to live (video) stream something and not make it public, what are my options?

I thought I could stream on YouTube, but apparently you need at least 1000 subscribers to do that.

I could do Facebook Live, but then I assume it alerts/shows anyone I'm friends with.
I assume it's the same for Instagram as well.

I guess there's zoom, but that seems more "meeting" centric.

Other options I'm not thinking of?
