With Nadal out, if Federer wins Wimbledon he'll take back the #1 ranking. (Federer could also drop to #3 depending on Murray.)

When you take away last year's Wimbledon ranking points, they stand at:
Nadal: 10,735
Federer: 9,220
Murray: 8,730
If Murray beats Federer in the final the new rankings would be:
Nadal: 10,735
Murray: 10,730
Federer: 10,420
