The why may be unanswerable. The question is, is there a so called Bradley effect? Does it really exist?

Those that identified the phenomenon certainly thought the Bradley effect existed in its first occurrence. Were they wrong that it existed, and will it play out tomorrow?
Personally I think Obama will do better than the polls oweing to the dire nature of the economy, and that this will negate and surpass any Bradley effect.
