Teenagers are always mindless, right? Right? They grow out of it, right?

So, Dave just called me, he's about ready to KILL his 15 year old son.
*Last* time his son came to Toronto from Montreal by train, he left his return ticket in the pocket of the seat in front of him - but he realized it before they left the station. Dave managed to convince someone to let them back on the train, (even though it was loading up) and they found it.
Guess what? He did it AGAIN this time, but, this time they didn't find it. THEN when Dave was trying to find out if it could be reissued (they aren't *sure*), he asked Nicolas if he had his student card with him so if they have to buy a NEW ticket he can get student fare., Of course he has NO ID with him, including his Quebec Health Card which he promised to always bring after the clavicle-breaking-debacle on my March vacation. (because he had no ID with him then, we had to drive 2 hours into Montreal to pick up his ID from Dave's ex before we could take him to the hospital, which meant he was in pain for hours longer. You think he might have learned from that.)
If Dave doesn't kill him before the day is over, he'll be very very very lucky.
