That's why Google had to announce the Pixel 4A 5G at the event for the 4A because it was dead in the water even if it wasn't coming out for a couple of months.

- Right now it doesn't matter. 5G networks are generally *slower* in the US than LTE. In the best case scenario it's maybe 20% faster. - spamlet Oct 18, 12:13
