>40%: TX, VT

>30%: GA, MN, MT, NJ, NC, SD, VA

>20%: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, IA, IN, KY, ME, MD (moved up!), MI, NE, NM, ND, SC, TN, WI, WY

>10%: AK, IL, LA, MA, NH, NV, OH, PA, WV
