One of the things I really liked about it (spoilers)

Was that you find out at the end of that episode that she died literally seconds before Dani arrived on the scene. She and Miles are at the well when the au pair walks in.
They did this several times in the series, where you're introduced to another nugget of information which changes your perspective on a previous scene. I quite liked that approach.
