LIR: Bon Appetit had to rethink everything, they were like a bride planning a wedding of the year when the pandemic pulled the table cloth out under

normally they have writers traveling to cities, doing an anthony bourdain thing travel guide, and coming up with a list of the newest, best, coolest restaurants

and it all stopped

their best of issue got replaced with 10 ways chefs are coping, helping, changing, how some are feeding the neighborhood/first rsponders, others turned to basically food trucking out of their fancy address
