For our Disney Parks experts, what are the chances of Annual Passes being suspended at Disneyland (and refunded) as part of the eventual re-opening.

With reduced capacity as well as what is essentially an overselling of APs, there would seem to be a logistical sense in doing something like that.

On a more cut-throat economic basis, if the parks are operating at reduced capacity, every AP that is let in on a daily basis is one full price guest kept out.

I don't think it has come up before as the currently open parks don't have nearly AP holders in close proximity to the park that Disneyland has but if The Oriental Land Company seems to be moving ahead with such a plan for Tokyo Disneyland, it seems to me that something for Disneyland might have to be enacted.
