and she doesn't need the internet but you have to get it to have TV. They want $15 a month to rent the router so buying one seems like a better option.

If you have one can you tell me which one you have and if you have any issues. I don't need anything great, just functional.

Yes. Actiontec MI424WR is really solid, you can get them for around $15 in total. It's best to eventually put it in passthrough mode since it has NAT - colin 👻💦🍆 Oct 26, 10:43 1

Any Wifi Router is fine if FIOS internet only. If getting FIOS TV, you'll need to use the FIOS Router -- (link*) - Bud S. Pumpkins 🎃 Oct 26, 10:29 1
