Well, they’re on drugs. Devin Williams is unhittable ...if you’re picking a pitcher (not necessarily right) pick the best rookie pitcher at least

Struck out 17 per 9 innings. In 27 innings, he struck out more hitters than Gosolin did in nearly twice as many innings.
His ERA is a rounding error.
Baseball America is on crack.
