Spelling may be off.
Donaldson - pretty much anything - 3rd Covenant Chronicles if you read the first two and are a completionist.
McCaffery - Dragon Riders of Pern
Rawn - Dragon series, memory is fading.
Asprin - Pretty much anything. Stop when you hit the Nye collabs.
Thieves World - collab of authors - Asprin edits then Abbey takes over.
Brust - Vlad Taltos series.
Moorcock - Eternal Champion - Elric and Stormbringer are my favs.
Anthony - Pretty much anything
Weis, Hickman - Pretty much anything - Darksword kind of falls apart.
Eddings - Bellgariad and others - gave up after a bunch
Wheel of Time - gave up after a bunch and the wait
Martin - Game of Thrones, et al - see if you can finish the first six (?) before he finishes the last
Not really fantasy, but pretty much any Douglas Adams.
Fun reads with a Pythonesque twist.
