He posted things about what is happening at his small rural hospital. Other people responded. I responded.

He DMed me to say, people are confused because we have the same last name. He requested me to remove posts, and I did.

This sucks a lot

So it is just the latest reminder, our last name is extremely rare. It can never be used here on ST. Only 300 people in the US have it and I know all of them.
