I'm trying to figure out how to get my license right now and the DMV site is not easy to get info from. I think they're open for appointments

that will allow me to go take the permit test but I'm not sure. It's not clear and I see something about taking the test online but I don't see a link to do that.
I messaged them on Twitter but they haven't replied which isn't surprising.
