Just seeing the hashtag this is the mantra I'd had in mind since the beginning

Dems should have pitching this to business owners all along.
Would you hire someone who lied on their resume?
Would you keep employing someone who lied in a project proposal?
Would you keep employing someone if you discovered they were diverting money from one budget to a pet project?
Would you keep employing someone if they created a human resource litigation liability?
Would you keep employing someone who disclosed your corporate secrets to competitors?
Would you keep employing someone who intentionally exposed the company staff to illness?
