If you think the US Open allows scoring like any other golf tournament, you're the one mistaken.

I'm likely the biggest Tiger fan on these boards; he's finished.
He's 1 off the cut line; meaning 40+ guys are in between him and the leader. All of them would need to go backwards and he'd need to shoot ridiculously low both rounds to get close to the lead.
It's not realistic, given a) the field or b) the course.
