Basically early in the night, Trump was the underdog and then odds started shifting meaning you were winning less and less by betting on him. Now it’s back down again.
You have to do this for bets like this because there can’t be a point spread. You are betting if Trump wins or not. So the +\- shifts to show how likely that is to happen.
