I wouldn't just single out trump voters - it's true of any antimaskers and economy reopeners and denialists.

There is no path out of this without A) a vaccine or B) extreme personal inconvenience for a period of time, followed by competent outbreak management.
Those are the only two options.
This in-between bullshit will just prolong everyone's inconvenience and kill a lot of people who have no reason for being dead except that they've been sacrificed at the altar of greed and selfishness.
