my brain is usually very calm and logical, and I get caught up in thoughts sometimes and can't sleep as I internalize a lot of things, even though I'm "calm and collected" on the outside.

I'm *very* depressed today.
I'm guessing others of you are as well.

I'm going to likely internalize and focus on task driven work today, but if there are others feeling this down (or worse), just know that ST is the best group of people there are, I honestly do appreciate each and every one of you, and we will get through this together.
