I think it spreads wider (it's social media, youtube algorithms and other things as well). But I do think Trump's team has done an amazing job at

micro-targeting demographics and pulling some more votes where they wouldn't seem to be there. Like the Latino vote, particularly in FL. They improved among black men (that's one I can't fathom, but they did). They did a better job getting new voters registered. That was something I worried about when I saw the numbers. I think that is, in part, a function of republicans not caring about COVID risks, and democrats trying to be safe. But it was effective.
