how rural America was still so decidedly Trump. The interviewee had spent a lot of time over the past year sitting and talking with people in rural America. It was interesting to hear his perspective on Biden being a small town guy. Really made me hope that they can combine a progressive energy plan with jobs for those parts of the country and make it a massive win-win across the board. Not cast as retraining but stimulus and job creation. Seems that would go a long way to building a bridge (heh, see what I did there) to bring people in
