So realistically, is there a chance for a different outcome in a runoff when they were essentially one on one to begin with? I suppose it comes down

to who gets out more of their vote in a lower turnout race. Typically that favors the republican, but maybe with a shot at the senate and Trump not on the ballot, democrats will come out more?
