I don't understand how 'fueled' amd 'filled' are any different in how offensive they are?

A drug fuelled orgy is on that only started because of all the drugs they did, while a drug filled orgy started of it's own volition but now has lots of drugs involved? How is that less offensive, even ignoring the fact that you're talking about a FUCKING ORGY with minor children in it!
