I'm part of the way there so this is a more simplified version of my Excel question.

I have 33,000 rows and 3 columns
Column A: Account
Column B: Year
Column C: Invoice

Account and Year can be duplicated on rows (I can have Account1 and Year2019 on 6 different rows for example). Invoice numbers are unique.

I have a list of 1300 unique Account/Year combinations. I want every Invoice that has one of those specific Account/Year combinations.
