I'm sorry. I have been grappling with the gut wrenching realization that a lot of my friends here voted for Trump.

and it's making me do some deep soul searching on why I/we continue to be friends with them. I don't want it to be a dividing point, and I know (most) of them are caring, giving people, but it's definitely making me wonder about some of their core beliefs and morals.
I can only imagine it is worse for you with your family, and the hate and discrimination channeled by the administration affecting your way of life. :(
Know that we're here for you, tho.
