No camera but you need a mic to play. I use my laptop mic and speakers with no issues. We chat on Discord which is free.

The game can be played on your phone for free with ads or you can buy it from Steam for $5 and play it on your computer.
If you just want to watch Spamlet has a link below to watch on his Twitch account and hopefully you'll be able to hear the Discord chat through that as well. If not, I'll make sure a link to the Discord chat is posted here for you and anyone else to listen in.
