i got angry at a skirt a few weeks ago. i was trying on and fitting clothes multiple sizes down from where i started, and this dang skirt was the same size but cut smaller. how dare it be tight and make me feel less progressy?! ;p
aside: it's crazy how hard it is to find corporate-work-appropriate clothes. i took a bunch of skirts to be altered and am going to pay crazy money for that because i just can't find enough new ones that aren't too short or too casual. grr. (i've tried stores and websites and catalogs. it's nutso. unfortunately, most worktype pants don't work for me; so it's skirts or dresses i need.)
