People ordering online and through apps? Food delivery? Using kiosks at McDonald’s? A lot of this was new and unusual at the start of the pandemic. I remember it was only a year ago that we were chortling about the new digital kiosks at McDonald’s. And that’s only in the restaurant industry. The pandemic has changed habits. But for every change that may benefit “industry”, there’s another that may hinder it.
