instead of arguing, announce an emergency store closure due a health hazard, then call the cops for the trespasser, bill them $1k for disinfecting

most folks will get the message, when they realize they are not being confronted but they can't get what they came for. and if they get weird, throw a tantrum, well they can leave in handcuffs
