his stuff is INSANELY good. Best brisket and pulled pork I've ever had. The smell from the smoker when you pull up on weekends he has a sale is enough to make you weep. Of course, he's up the entire night before tending to the smoker. For charity. On his time off. From his job with the Secret Service.
