that they don't have a leg to stand on. They were counting on the courts. They have no facts at all. None. He thought that just because he put in a bunch of conservatives that they would do whatever he wanted. But as bad as they may be and as much as they might want to help, they have to have SOMETHING to work with. They've got nothing. As embarrassing at it may be for the lawyers, no judge is going to want to embarrass themselves to that extent. They don't need to.
