i'm still working through a gallon of serrano sauce from last year, ghost pepper sauce from 2 years ago...

and i have two large bags of frozen ghost and cayenne peppers ready to be mashed at some point.

i think i may take a year off next year, just do a few jalapeno plants because i can use those up.
