not. It's a process. All change is. And I get that you can't convince them as a group, but discussions one on one in a quiet moment can help. Especially if the leadership is really leading. There needs to be more interfacing between the activists and the politicians, but to get that the politicians have to believe that they can work with them and not be burned to the ground.
