I use three regular blankets so I can vary the weight as necessary. But "weighted" definitely helps me sleep better. -- nm

You don’t. Spot clean. Unless it has a cover that comes off. Some do. Either zip or buttons. Like I said, that’s why I chose Gravity. -- nm*
