I suspect that the court (if it's not in pure fealty to Trump and originalism) would consider whether that extends to granting the ability of a

president to pardon himself (and therefore to act lawlessly without recourse) or from his prior acts (so that becoming president can't become a get out of jail free card) and whether blanket pardons of all acts at any time and of enablers and conspirators can be pardoned. That case was much narrower.
