Ah there is the trap....teh SVP (her boss) loves what I have done and likes me a lot but...

She used to work for him at his old company. She kind of has hero worship of him and I think that trumps my kick butt work ... I have always been honest and up front about things I see and how they SHOULD work and so far I have never screwed up - but I think jumping her chain of authority (shes ex army) would just make her detonate
