One of the positive outcomes of the pandemic, in a very limited scope and minor sense, is that my Mom became more adventurous with her cooking.

We developed together a Garam Masala Chicken, which, after many tries, got simply brilliant.

We tried a few times to do something similar with red meat, but it's still not up there.

Of course, she has been baking our own bread.

And today, we are trying for the first time to make a Jambalaya.
