6. I’ve realized how much better I am at explaining things to people when they are in front of me.

I wouldn’t have necessarily guessed that before all this but to lecture to kids over Google Meets where I can’t see them really or see their reactions, it just isn’t the same.
I use tons of examples and pull them into it and that much harder to do when they aren’t physically there.
