If I wanted to teach people who have never used a computer before how to use one for basic operations, what sort of training/certification should I have? -- (edited)

Essentially, if I was to run a class for total newbs where could I get the training for basic lesson plans, class structure, and perhaps a CEU or two for learning this. A certificate impressive enough for newbs would be nice but not essential.
