Why are Chinese food places closed on Mondays? It super annoying.

I want egg drop soup and fried rice, or maybe sweet and sour chicken.

        Minute rice is just rice that has been cooked already, then dried. I'm sure it would be fine for fried rice. -- nm - Roger More Dec 14, 12:45
