I use Minute rice, so I don't think it works for Fried rice since it's "instant" rice. -- nm - sycor Dec 14, 12:43 3
- Minute rice is just rice that has been cooked already, then dried. I'm sure it would be fine for fried rice. -- nm - Roger More Dec 14, 12:45
