We need to change so much about how our roads work so that cars, trucks, bikes and pedestrians can travel safely. Right now it's all about the cars.

We need to rethink things in a large way and in more than just the liberal cities. We need to provide alternatives for people to get around that isn't behind a wheel and when they do need their car we need the roads to be designed in a way so that there's less friction between everyone.
States need to work with the federal government to get things done as there's lots of red tape to get through even if it's not on federal roads
