the efficacy of the vaccine was shown, so other countries bought up the allotment, leaving the US with no additional Pfizer vaccine until June. Apparently, they thought other manufacturers would provide enough, but Astra Zeneca's is having issues and won't be ready and Moderna won't have enough for the whole country. Thanks Dono!
