Lifetime job to a Cabinet level where he could be fired at any time.
For Biden...he’s a judge. AG is the top cop. It’s not the same role. Unless Biden is sending a message that law enforcement need to be more judicious, that’s weird. AG’s can be more judicious by not making prosecutions a priority for certain offenses.
